Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping:

  • We have a $4 flat rate from US domestic shipping with free shipping over $75.   
  • We print and frame each item to order which takes us 3-5 days.  Once picked up by the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon), it usually take an additional 3-5 days for delivery.
  • Please note: we create your shipping label the same day that we receive your order, but tracking will not give an ETA until the carrier has picked your order up from our shop 3-5 days later.

Returns:

  • Every print and frame is made to order just for you, so we're unable to offer returns or exchanges of correct orders. Please review the size charts and descriptions carefully, and ask us anything before you buy — we're happy to help you get it right!
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it free — contact us within 30 days with your order number plus a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll have a replacement out ASAP.

Color:

  • Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on the screen you are using.  If you are uncertain about the colors in my prints or original paintings, please contact me here and I can send you additional images to give you a better sense of the colors.  

International Shipping:   

  • We Ship Worldwide from the USA (some countries excluded)
  • For international orders, the customer is fully responsible for all customs/duties fees that may apply.  Customs fees and duties vary from place to place.  Please contact your local postal service for customs fees/duties information in your area.
  • Orders delivered outside of the USA typically arrive within 10-14 business days.  However, due to customs processing, which is fully beyond our control, it may take up to 30 days for your order to arrive.
  • Please note that although international orders have tracking, once the package goes through customs, it is no longer possible for us to gather detailed information on the whereabouts of the package.  You will be notified by your local postal service if your order is being held awaiting payment of customs fees. 

Packaging:  

  • We take care in packaging each order so that it arrives in perfect condition.  All unframed prints will ship in a firm flat mailer with sturdy backing board.   All framed prints are boxed with bubble wrap and sturdy chipboard between frames to ensure safe delivery.
