Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that contains your tracking information.

Domestic Shipping 

Domestic shipping within the US is a $4 flat rate and free when order is $75 or more.   Paintings will be shipped via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, Amazon Shipping, or DHL.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:  Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, United Kingdom Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden.

DHL, UPS, and USPS are offered at checkout for international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been printed, packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the Contact page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
